Your test has successfully been ordered!
You may go to the laboratory any time during the operating hours listed below. Most collection sites do not require an appointment to be set up in advance. When you arrive, sign-in on the touch screen tablet or with the receptionist at the front desk. Provide your first name, last name, date of birth, and patient ID number: 37159392.
When it is your turn to test, please inform the lab staff that your screening is a PSC hold order. All of the information needed is located in the Quest national database. You do not need to discuss your reason for visiting, or provide any additional information. If there are any issues, call us immediately and a care counselor will assist you.
The following secure link can be used to check the status of your results as well as provide information about testing ordered. Simply enter your last name (case sensitive), date of birth, and you will be granted access to the platform.
If you have any positive results, please call a care counselor to review treatment options (Chlamydia/Gonorrhea/Trichomoniasis) if applicable, as well as further steps for other diseases.
*NOTE* - if Herpes testing was ordered, please be advised that a positive HSV1 result is only the common cold sore, not Genital Herpes (HSV2).
